Mike Yon's Mystery Gun

Mike has a picture up of a weapon no one has given a positive ID to, Drudge linked his site and he's been down for a while, but here's the pic.

The interesting thing is the scope, because it looks like a grenade launcher, which would have a different sight altogether. It may be a bean bag non-lethal weapon, or a type of grenade launcher designed for more direct fire.

Any clues?
